DR, I think this is a common feeling amongst designers who feel their vision has been blurred by someone else's especially when they do not appear to be qualfied. It's like when you and your significant other go to a movie and one of you has to decide which movie to see and the decision ends up going against your pick. The movie just doesn't seem as good! If the decision had been your pick then no matter how bad the movie was, you would try to sell it for an Oscar!
